I'm Amanda and I'd like to thank you for visiting my website and viewing my ePortfolio.
Why a Website, you ask?
I am in pursuit of my Master's in Teaching and building a website was one of many class assignments. I'd be lying if I didn't admit that this particular assignment was met with much trepidation. I was excited to learn about technology tools for my high-school classroom, but nervous about my own creations. I was apprehensive about putting my thoughts and assignments on the worldwide web.
What's this ePortfolio all about?
I created this electronic portfolio to illustrate the skills set I'm developing using new technology tools available to me. This portfolio is a work in progress and is a growth portfolio. I look forward to the day when I am tech savvy enough to post a showcase portfolio. At the moment, I am excited that nothing was destroyed when I began building this using my new tools.
If nothing else, I hope that you leave this website with some insight into what a graduate student from Guam is learning whilst living and working in the zone of proximal development.
